I’m pissed!!!!!

Hybrid 3 - Unable to authorize

I having problems unlocking my hybrid three for my trigger fingers pro. Ive tried to unlock it straight through the internet option which did not work and ive also tried the offline method which also did not work because i have yet to receive anything. Its been over three days and I haven't heard anything from anyone, I'm starting to think this is a sha this is ridiculous that people have to go through this. I

    Software authorization inquiries cannot be handled here on the forum but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Software Authorization Assistance inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the AIR Music Tech Support page. Select Software Authorization Assistance from the drop down menu.

    or

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office.
